MARKETING MANAGER, ANZ + JAPAN (BASED IN AUSTRALIA)

Who are we looking for:

As a marketing manager in the organization, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support sales initiatives, drive growth, and generate leads that span across APAC. You will work closely with the regional marketing and sales teams to roll out campaigns, measure success and provide feedback to enhance planning and execution. You will also support event management (online and offline) and partner marketing activities to enhance engagement, loyalty and motivation for growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our team and helping us achieve our goals.

Position: Marketing Manager (part of APAC team, located in Melbourne)

Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Marketing

  • Develop, support and implement Partner Marketing activities to enhance engagement, loyalty and motivation for growth
  • Identify and adapt relevant content, outreach, activities towards Partners both online and offline
  • Work with stakeholders to develop co-marketing and co-selling opportunities to build pipeline in market
  • Measure and assess metrics for success for Partner Marketing
Event & Lead Management
  • Support event and webinar execution
  • Research and recommend events in the various sales territories
  • Support event, webinar, and tradeshow sign ups and logistics (online and onsite)
  • Design, manage and track lead management in close tandem with sales
  • Responsible for success metrics that reflect value to business in marketing activities
  • Ensure Milestone brand positioning, messaging and solutions in market are well represented at industry events as well our own brand-led events such as customer conferences
Demand Generation
  • Implement effective territory marketing strategies to assess sales performance and to support company sales initiatives to achieve growth and lead generation
  • Activate campaigns in-market, including social media, email, and other digital channels, and work on lead generation strategies to drive new business
  • Work with the respective teams to roll out relevant campaigns
  • Measure success and leads throughput in key segments
  • Provide feedback and insights from campaigns to both APAC and sub-regional teams to enhance campaign planning and execution
  • Create and maintain clear channels of communications with regional marketing and sales departments.
Qualifications:
  • A degree communication, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a strategic marketing role for a multinational company, with 3-5 years of marketing program management experience.
  • B2B experience in indirect sales, Channel Marketing in a regional role will be a great advantage
  • Experience in integrated marketing, i.e. PR, events, demand generation, digital channels, partner marketing and marketing programme management
  • Experience in CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, is an added advantage

  • Able to translate marketing knowledge into activities that drive sales.
  • A self-driven and self-motivated team player, with the ability to own and drive marketing projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills, ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
  • Superior attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience working with event organisers, vendors and agencies
  • High energy, positive, possess high professionalism and take pride in work deliverables
  • Great team member: willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your colleagues when needed
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and influencing peers and leadership
  • Flexibility to take on tasks from evolving marketing needs
