An exciting Trade Marketing Manager for SEA based in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) for an automotive batteries company has just become available at one of the most respected and reputable international companies. Reporting directly to Director of SEA, this is a role for someone who has trade marketing and B2B2C experience.

About the Trade Marketing Manager role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible to expand the Point of Sales (POS) network based on customer insights and lead the development of the trade marketing programs to drive channel expansion across SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams to come up with trade policy to distribution network to achieve business targets
• Manage trade promotion policy through planning, forecasting, and budget control, motivation system for multi-channels
• Optimize POSM (Point of Sales material) design and instore mechanizing, aligning to brand positioning
• Lead aftermarket product portfolio
• Create and maintain self-own platforms and social media accounts
• Develop and maintain B2C leads-driven SEM/SEO

To succeed in the Trade Marketing Manager role, you will need experience in B2B2C trade marketing and product marketing experience within relevant sector.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the relevant sector such as automotive, FMCG, Retail and F&B.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Engineering, business management or related discipline
• Prior experience in trade marketing, product marketing and brand marketing
• Experience working in relevant B2B2C manufacturing sector will be preferred
• Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and self-driven
• Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
