As Marketing Manager in the company's International Sales department, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing projects, marketing strategies and driving digital marketing initiatives.

Adecco is collaborating with a leading international commercial vehicle solutions provider that has close to 90 years of heritage in developing, manufacturing, and selling a spectrum of heavy, medium and light-duty commercial vehicles. They are hiring for a Marketing Manager for their International Sales Department.

Marketing Manager | Automotive MNC | International Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic marketing projects including but not limited to product launches, conferences, events
• Develop integrated marketing strategies and budgets aligned with the business's priorities
• Drive digital marketing initiatives for effective utilization of digital channels
• Manage marketing materials and contents, toolbox, and drive utilization across hubs
• Follow-up on marketing activities in the hubs, support markets in marketing initiatives as needed
• Supporting the corporate and internal communications initiatives
• Collaborate with the other functions, internal stakeholders, and external agencies
• Deliver other ad hoc projects and marketing related matters as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related
• At least 4 years of marketing experience within commercial vehicles or automotive industry
• Advertising or Marketing Agencies experience is a plus
• Good understanding of products, services and customers in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry
• Drive to take initiatives, improve, and deliver results
• Structured and systematic way of working
• Open minded, transparent, and willing to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills with service-minded attitude
• PC and MS Office proficient
• Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro/ iMovie skills
• Willing to travel based on Business Requirements: 20%
