Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the organization. This includes creating campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities, including digital, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Track and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaigns and initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment for marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and incorporate new techniques and technologies into marketing strategies as appropriate
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- At least 6 years of marketing experience, with experience in B2B marketing a plus
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
