Manage brand's initiatives in digital marketing, social media and traditional media that result in effective ROI . Plan and execute marketing campaigns, activities and events for leads generation . Staff development & Mentoring . Provide guidance and coach staffs in their personal development as a 'leader' should be doing . Develop staff capability and work towards their job progression . Oversee the day-to-day work flow and operations of the Marcom department . Meeting with deadlines and work load . Any other duties/projects/tasks assigned to the Employee from time to time Job Requirements: . Diploma / Degree in Marketing . Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint . 10 years relevant working experience with proven KPI achievement in a similar industry . Able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
