Run events, workshops, webinars and masterclasses.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback for the team.
Provide support to other project teams where necessary.
Execute marketing campaign and events in alignment to marketing strategies, operational plans and budgets.
Deliver the marketing and digital experience with agility, establishing scalable workflows, processes and digital operations governance and communicate to internal users.
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture.
Oversee and manage content planning for digital and social media platforms.
Monitor and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness in accordance with performance measures to further refine action plans.
Analyze evaluation data to develop and document recommendations for improvement in future marketing campaigns.
Evaluate media effectiveness against media cost.
Develop and deliver standardized and ad-hoc performance marketing reports based on clearly set KPIs and metrics.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holder
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in planning and executing events.
Experience in data analytics
Experience in digital marketing–content marketing, social media marketing.
Proficient in English (verbal & written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management.
Able to work independently and collaborate in a team.
