- Develop, formulate, and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve departmental KPIs
- Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors\' sales
-Lead the conceptualization and development of sales galleries and show units
-Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approval for opening sales galleries for preview
- Ensure smooth operation of sales galleries and show units
-Appoint and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met
-Compile sales kits and conduct briefings (virtual and physical) for agents on new launches
-Formulate pricing strategies and execute marketing plans and activities
-Review and process agents\' commissions accurately and on time
-Handle after-sales administration and implementation of sales documents
-Monitor and manage expenditure against the approved budget
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as neededKey Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a strong passion and good initiative in real estate sales and marketing
- Independent, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well
-Availability to work weekends when required
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with a strong acumen for numbers
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
