Our client is a well-established market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a CRM Manager assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. This CRM Manager would be responsible for :
  • Responsible for collaborating with key internal stakeholders to archive revenue targets for partners and members relationships.
  • Responsible for planning and executing various campaign set up, CRM/CMS management, delivery reporting and performance analysis.
  • Responsible for leading key initiatives and projects from initiation to execution for membership rewards, corporate partnerships and consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end promotions process, including key visual assets, promotion mechanics design, drafting agreements and external communications.
  • Responsible for contacting on partner distribution channels to promote and communicate company\'s events and relevant promotions.
  • Responsible to identify and initiate relationships with key partners and prepare strategic plans with each partner.
  • Responsible to negotiate, draft and execute of partnership / membership agreements
  • Responsible for managing both CRM and CMS platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly, troubleshoot and oversee all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Responsible for optimising strategic design and user-experience of the Harry\xe2\x80\x99s mobile app.
  • Responsible for planning and executing communications such as email and push notifications through CRM system for targeted marketing activities.
  • Responsible for planning and delivering strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach to grow customer retention and meet revenue goals.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking effectiveness of loyalty campaigns and third-party digital solutions.
  • Responsible for performing administrative duties - preparation of reports, drafting agreements, CMS content management (creation, publication and maintenance) and digital assets management.
Requirement:
  • Minimum Degree in Marketing or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in CRM/ Loyalty Partnership Program
