Direct Search Global is working with a fast-growing helpdesk and contact center software creator to fill the role of Marketing Manager in Singapore. This customer service software developer aims to improve customer experience with innovative and practical technology solutions.

The Marketing Manager is one of key members in the team who spearheads the marketing initiatives across all online platforms, SEO, SEM, and other Above-the-Line (ATL) channels. This role entails comprehensive involvement in content creation, collateral development, graphic design, and entails overseeing designers and/or external agencies when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead content marketing endeavours, encompassing strategizing, writing, and generating website pages, blog articles, and various promotional materials.
  • Manage the company newsletter pipeline, customer journeys, and lead monitoring through MailChimp.
  • Supervise and maintain the company\'s social media presence and content schedule.
  • Analyse and track activities, offering reports to internal stakeholders for enhancement and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM vendors to design and execute efficient Google Search and Advertising strategies.
  • Partner with SEO/SEM vendors to conduct keyword research and evaluations, identifying content gaps and improvements.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM vendors, taking charge of project timelines, milestones, and review of deliverables and reports.
  • Monitor and manage campaign performance and budget for SEM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to establish and update a repository of marketing presentation materials.
  • Develop press releases and distribute them through PR wires and relevant platforms.
  • Keep track of competitors\' news and advancements, conducting pertinent analyses as necessary.
  • Recognize trade associations pertinent to target industries and identify opportunities for marketing and outreach endeavors.
Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Communications or Marketing, or an equivalent practical background
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Software Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and MailChimp
  • Strong capabilities in project management
