Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns via various social media platform and company website.
To create campaigns to enhance employer\'s branding and market shares
Review company\'s brand positioning to strengthen brand presence and customer\'s relationship
Monitor store outlets and competitor\'s presence to improve company\'s marketing performance
Plan and execute projects or campaigns for brand development, analyze and evaluate each project or campaign\'s effectiveness
Set benchmark metrics, measure, and report monthly performance of all projects, campaigns, and distribution channel initiatives to ensure ROI
Manage and cultivate relationships with partners for events and programmes.
Maintain excellent relationship with key media for Public Relation coverage of important events or activities
Work closely with different departments (eg: Operation, HR etc) to come out with cost effective and efficient marketing activities or recruitment activities.
Generate marketing reports for management to review
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor \'s Degree in Marketing/ Sales/ Retail Management / Food and Beverages / Hospitality related field.
At least 5 years of hands on marketing experiences in F&B/ Retail/ Hospitality industry in improving employer\'s branding/increase revenue.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.
Well verse in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns
Able to handle internal and external key stakeholders
Able to start work immediately or within short notice would be advantageous.
