Manage our distributors

- Appoint and appraise effective distributors in each assigned market

- Manage sales and marketing plans with distributor partners to develop and grow our business

- Ensure brand guidelines are respected in all consumer touch points from distribution, communication, merchandising & marketing executions.

- Manage external stakeholders

-To appoint and work with advertising agencies and third-party suppliers for each market through close collaboration with distributor partners.

-Work with the third-party agencies to build consumer franchise for our products

-Partnering internal stakeholders in Business Development, Legal, Manufacturing and Regulatory departments to gain market access, launch new products, manage inventories and orders fulfillment
