About Our Client
Our client is a well established FMCG food and beverage company with a strong market presence in Singapore, Malaysia and have expanded its presence to other countries within APAC region. With a vision to grow their brand, they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to help them implement marketing strategies, drive new product propositions and innovations.
This is a perm role based in Singapore.
You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director. Your main job responsibilities include:
- Assist to develop and drive key brand strategic roadmap and innovations and support respective business units with new product propositions and innovations.
- Support the development of Brand assets such as Brand identity, Brand positioning, Brand packaging design and structural packaging development with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Marketing Director in working with new markets for category marketing execution and developing brands/businesses.
- Driving Brand Profitability for assigned portfolio as well as tracking and ensuring brand performance and returns.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in the role, you should have:
- At least 8 years of brand marketing management experience within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in developing brand positioning and architecture, new product concepts to drive category development.
- Familiar with market research studies as well as analyzing insights from findings to develop action plan
- Strong leadership and people management skills
