Job Responsibilities: Directly responsible for all marketing and market development activities in line with company strategy. Specific tasks will be focused on driving business and building our competitive position across the O&G clinics, hospital and other relevant accounts, ensuring clear strategic direction, value and positioning. Develop and execute marketing plans. To manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Produce marketing material on time and on budget. Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and activities such as workshops, seminars, direct marketing and work with sales, key doctors and hospital. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Content editor for marketing materials Review and respond to social media comments, communicate any major issues to appropriate business owner. Capture all media enquiries and send to Client Services / CRM team to respond. Manage Marketing Budget effectively (Ad Buys, Press Release, Key Influencers, events, gimmicks etc.. ) Maintain relationships with key industry contacts Responsible for compiling and interpreting market trends, customer needs, and competitive information. Communicate, inspire, motivate and involve sales teams and part-timers as appropriate to ensure successful execution of strategy. Ensure planning, monitoring and evaluation is established as the norm for business analysis and revenue / cost management. Continuous monitoring and analysis of marketing activities for best ROI and ongoing improvements. Conceptualize and lead corporate events and activities. Manage and execute all sponsorship requests from Hospitals, Nurses, O&G Clinics Negotiation of promotional freebies Manage and source goodie bags sponsorship Manage relationship with all Marketing and company partners, including Mothercare and Thomson Medical Centre Oversee operations for all marketing activities and department work flow and admin (Digital, artwork, events, inventory orders, logistics, contractors) Handle and manage Events Portfolio (Application, Event Marketing, Registration, Manpower, Operations and requirements, Post event report ROI, F&B catering for participants and staff) Oversee all Marketing Assets (eDMs, OGSS Newsletter, Marketing Calendar, Goodie Bags, Freebies & Gimmicks, Promotions, Corporate Folders, Corporate Presentation Slides, Facebook, Website, Instagram) Main PIC for Events, Part-Timers for events, leads management at events, Mapex Lab requirements Job Requirements: Qualifications: Degree Experience: Ability to supervise a team and oversee workflow and deadlines Strong project management Develop strategies to boost company's brand and increase leads Deploy marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, digital campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis content for our website and social media platforms that attracts and converts our target groups Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly Remain up to date with trends and competitors in the market Skills: Microsoft Office 2018 Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Working knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Adwords, Social Media) Strong Project Management skills, with good analytical skills Good creative outlook Resourceful Interested applicants kindly apply directly via my Careersfuture ' Whatsapp text 9851 1096 ' [HIDDEN TEXT] R2199156 14C7279
