Job Scope:
Marketing, Public Relations & Communications
To develop marketing and product strategies to grow the brands visibilities in Asia and to ensure consistencies in brands\' images and products positioning; as well as achieve synergies in all marketing efforts across the various distribution markets
Effectively lead and manage the local marketing & in-home demonstration team to provide overall strategic marketing directions and support towards sales department
Spearhead marketing effective marketing /promotional collaterals such as catalogues & island wide campaigns booklets and other marketing engagement tools
Be the gatekeeper of the brands, ensure brand and marketing guidelines are adhered by local and export overseas markets
Effective discharge of corporate communication and Public Relations duties
To provide marketing communication, branding, product training support to the local sales and project sales team, subsidiaries and export markets
Act as the brands owner to build the brands\' goodwill and visibilities in the region
Work closely with all cross-functional parties - retail, product, customer service, after sales service to ensure an overall excellent customer experience
Manage A&P budget documentation and ensure clear synchronization of budget vs. expenses
Monitor budget on a monthly basis, working closely with finance team to ensure alignment with financial cycles and manage all financial operations
Digital Marketing activities
Gatekeeper for contents for social media accounts and SEO/SEM campaigns (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok)
Oversees brands websites locally & export countries and other digital platforms Events & Sponsorships
Events & Sponsorships
Developing marketing strategies for new products launches with meticulous planning and eye for detail focused within marketing budget
To work closely with third-party partners on co-branding & sponsorships collaborations
Build and maintain good partnerships and goodwill between industry players, KOLs, Chefs partners to leverage on each other branding and marketing activities
To oversees sponsorships and partnerships budget for promotions, cooking classes, events and roadshows
Others
Responsible for the overall operational excellence of the brands showrooms at all times
