One of our clients are looking for Japanese Speaking Marketing Manager who is able to work in Tokyo, Japan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for regional marketing strategies and execution in Japan, especially focus on retail marketing as well as digital marketing to bring Brand awareness to next level.

\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop and execute comprehensive New Product Introduction (NPI) marketing plans and sustain marketing programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization
\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for development and execution of regional marketing strategies as well as overseeing and managing the daily activities

\xe3\x83\xbbPlan and set the goal and KPIs for digital marketing as well as execute each campaign
\xe3\x83\xbbManage communication, workflow and priorities with regional HQ marketing teams
\xe3\x83\xbbWork closely with supporting teams regionally and globally to localize or develop product campaign assets
\xe3\x83\xbbManagement and tracking of regional marketing budget, identification of ROI, and execution of marketing programs within budget
\xe3\x83\xbbDemonstrate technical and creative marketing skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with key retail partners through strategic alignment
\xe3\x83\xbbDirect communication with regional distributor and channel partners on various co-marketing activities including coordinating business and marketing development with external companies such as agencies, and partners
\xe3\x83\xbbPlan and execute participation in regional industry or store events
\xe3\x83\xbbResearches, analyses and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
\xe3\x83\xbbRegular weekly reporting of marketing calendar and activities comparing target outcomes to actual achievements

Reporting line: Senior Vice President of Hardware Business Unit

JOB REQUIREMENT

\xe2\x97\x8f Japanese: Native Level (as need to communicate with all the clients using Japanese)
\xe2\x97\x8f English: Business level (as need to communicate with the internal reporting line and PICs in English)

\xe2\x97\x8f Approximately 5 years marketing experience preferably in the gaming/ tech or retail industry
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding on retail business and marketing especially in Consumer Electronics Retail
\xe2\x97\x8f Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of gamer mindset and the gaming and consumer electronics industry / requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Well versed in marketing trends, terminology and best practices

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Working days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: Up to JPY8,000,000
