One of our MNC clients, looking for Product Marketing Manager who can handle both Japan and Asia market.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe Product Marketing Manager for Asia will be responsible for developing and localizing marketing strategies to effectively position our products in the Asian market.
This role involves close collaboration with regional business partners for bottom-up planning and working with global counterparts to adapt strategies to local needs.
You will have exposure and visibility to the client\'s Sales, Product, Finance & Market Insights teams,
as you work with them to create a holistic solution to Marketing problems.\xe2\x80\xbb This position will be 12 months contract but there is a possibility of permanent contract by performanceStrategy Development and Localization:Collaborate with Asia business partners to understand market needs and develop localized go-to-market strategies.Work with global product marketing teams to localize strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional nuances.Market Insights and Analysis:Conduct market research to gain insights into regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Use insights to inform product messaging, value propositions, and marketing strategies.Product Messaging and Value Proposition:Develop compelling product messaging that resonateswith target audiences in Asia.Craft clear and impactful value propositions tailored to regional market needs.Content Creation:Oversee the creation of marketing content, including product brochures, case studies,white papers, and digital assets.Ensure content is localized effectively and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.Marketing Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.Coordinate with regional teams to execute marketing initiatives and ensure on-brand messaging.Go-to-Market Execution:Collaborate with downstream teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.Monitor and manage the implementation of marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product management, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Facilitate communication and coordination between regional and global teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.Performance Measurement:Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights on effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Report line: Marketing DirectorJOB REQUIREMENTS

\xef\xbc\x88For effective communication and coordination with Japanese counterparts and clients\xef\xbc\x89\xe2\x97\x8f 10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related role, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Asia\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent skills in market research, product messaging, and content creation\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions\xe2\x97\x8f Strong project management, communication, and analytical skill set\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple prioritiesOTHER INFORMATIONS
