Job Description


The overall role of the Marketing Manager is to understand and cultivate consumer insights to create relevant and superior brand strategies. You are responsible for formulating the brand\xe2\x80\x99s short and mid-term strategy, developing, and executing marketing and social media plans in alignment with Global Brand Strategic directions. You will define the brand\xe2\x80\x99s pricing, positioning, merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly. You are accountable for delivering the brand\xe2\x80\x99s profit, volume and market share objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the marketing and communication activities according to Global marketing plan
  • Responsible for brand performance in terms of budgeting, brand loyalty and awareness, sales, inventory, social media and profits through consumer research and analysis of commercial performance, market trends and developments.
  • Manage brand investment budget and marketing mix components to support overall brand objectives.
  • Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of social media, advertising and consumer promotion.
  • Close coordination with external agencies to prepare PR, advertising and/or below-the-line communication and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with sales and education team and assist in the execution of trade and in-salon activities.
Educational Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in a business-related function (concentration in Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in brand management and/or trade marketing experience in related or beauty industry.

  • Creativity and Innovation - Displays original thinking and creativity; Meets challenges with resourcefulness.
  • E-commerce experience will be a plus.
