Changi Airport Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our omnichannel business. As part of the Advertising, Marketing and Promotions teams within the Airside Concessions Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through omnichannel marketing initiatives and experiments. To excel in the role, you should possess strong marketing skills and experience in B2C digital marketing and events management. Key areas of responsibilities are:
1) Strategy and Planning
- Strategise, develop and lead B2C marketing strategies and initiatives to grow the Commercial business, whilst driving long-term initiatives to meet the overall Commercial objectives. - With a good grasp of business marketing metrics and data-backed analysis, to identify insights and translate into marketing initiatives to drive positive outcome.
- Identify potential synergistic growth areas to maximise sales output.
2) Drive Omni-Channel Sales
- Develop and implement 360 sales & marketing strategies to enable teams to achieve business goals, whilst driving long-term initiatives. - Lead marketing experiments and targeted omni-channel campaigns to drive desired business outcomes which include sales and customer acquisitions.
- Expand upstream marketing to maximise offline and online store penetration.
3) Projects and Events Management
- Conceptualise, develop and implement airport-wide omnichannel marketing initiatives developed from the overarching strategy to achieve desired results. - Take the lead in the engagement with internal stakeholders to optimise outcome and deliverables.
- Drive collaborations with external partners and airport tenants to drive business growth and user acquisitions.
- Manage appointed external agencies such as advertising and creative agencies, and events companies to develop and work on integrated marketing campaigns.
4) Business Metrics Tracking and Reporting
- Responsible for regular tracking and reporting of business metrics, followed with the proposed solutions to optimise results or close gaps. - Analyse data and experiment outcomes to identify insights and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A degree, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in B2C marketing and events management experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Proven track record in developing sales and marketing campaigns to drive commercial outcomes.
- Leadership experience engaging at working level and ability to exercise influence at the management level.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven track records in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills who can translate data into insights and actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good team player with the drive to deliver results.
