Knight Frank Retail is a leading retail consultancy and brokerage team in Singapore specialising in providing tailor-made retail advisory, marketing and leasing services. We are expanding our team of retail leasing professionals to deliver our appointed retail projects spread across both public and private sectors.

• Achieve key performance targets in revenue, profit and pipeline metrics
• Carry out marketing and leasing activities for appointed projects and open retail listings
• Conduct canvassing calls to prospective clients
• Conduct site visits and manage queries from clients
• Conduct negotiations on commercial lease terms with landlords and tenants
• Prepare presentations, proposals, leasing reports and updates for clients
• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking
• Proactive in developing new business opportunities
• Update client database in CRM

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with demonstrated track record
• Passionate about retail industry
• Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Good communicator and motivator
• Good command of written and oral English
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Innovative and resourceful
• Technology savvy and competent in MS office
