About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic, self-driven

Independent Marketing Manager

to lead and execute our marketing strategy in Singapore. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn ideas into impactful action.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:

Own the marketing calendar for Owala Singapore, aligning with key product launches, seasons, and events.

Social Media Marketing:

Drive and manage local Instagram and TikTok channels, curating content that reflects the Owala brand voice and builds community engagement.

Influencer Marketing:

Identify and collaborate with Singapore-based influencers who align with our brand values. Negotiate partnerships and oversee content deliverables.

Event Management:

Plan and execute pop-ups, retail activations, and brand experience events that get people talking. Coordinate everything from venue sourcing and logistics to guest invites and post-event recaps.

Retail Support:

Collaborate with retail teams to create buzz around store openings, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Partnerships:

Source and pitch co-marketing opportunities with aligned brands and communities.

Who You Are:

A natural marketer with 3+ years of experience in brand, lifestyle, or consumer product marketing. Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns, running social media accounts, and executing physical events. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Passionate about creative storytelling and community building. Familiar with the Singapore market and plugged into youth, wellness, and lifestyle trends.
