Marketing Officer (6-month contract) $8-$10K

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing strategy

\xc2\xa7 Contribute to the marketing strategy plan with ideas and suggestions

\xc2\xa7 Be a source of innovation / ideas for local marketing activities, in order to support business development as efficiently as possible

Marketing execution

\xc2\xa7 Directly execute or support the execution of local marketing activities such as events (virtual and physical), partnership activation, collateral production, social media / digital marketing, advertising etc.

\xc2\xa7 Report to the Regional Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to ensure the execution is in line with our standards of excellence and compliance

\xc2\xa7 Liaise with the Marketing and Communications team in Geneva to coordinate marketing projects and tasks

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate the marketing gifts logistics with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring the items are brand compliant and delivered in a timely manner.

Logistics support

\xc2\xa7 Support marketing-related logistics such as invoice payment, budget control, materials production liaison and coordination, administration tasks etc.

Others

\xc2\xa7 Contribute to enhancing the overall client experience, both by developing ideas and implementing them

\xc2\xa7 Support marketing research in marketing-related projects and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor\'s degree or similar relevant qualification

• Experience in the financial industry

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function

• Strong marketing sense and the ability to communicate and convince

• Experience in developing and executing marketing activities to support business development (including creative / conceptual skills)

• People skills with the ability to building networks, and liaising with different teams within the bank and external suppliers

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently

• Experienced in computer skills such as use of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

• Knowledge in South Asia markets and culture. Knowledge in Greater China markets a plus.

Salary: $8000 - $10000

Location: CBD

Working hours: 8.30-6.00 pm 5 weekdays
