JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Assistant will be the designated brand champion. Job focus is to market the assigned business unit to the desired market segments, using the unit's core competencies and unique selling features in order to achieve revenue and TNOG targets and continuously widen the customer base. Using the approved marketing plan, the Marketing Assistant implements the quarterly and monthly marketing projects. The Marketing Assistant is expected to create new ideas that will complement or improve the marketing plan and recommend to the Marketing Manager for approval. It is also the job of the Marketing Assistant to take stock of competition that pose as viable threats to the business unit it is managing and to determine the necessary actions to leverage effectively against current and emerging competitors. The Marketing Assistant is also the artistic arm of the department.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplements and monitors the quarterly and monthly marketing plans based on the annual plan of the Marketing Manager.Creates ideas, and formulates the guidelines and procedures for seasonal promotions.In-charge of all PR and advertising-related activities such as press and photo releases, press conferences, and special events coordination for his/her respective SBU.Coordinates with external suppliers for creative, technical and PR requirements.Maintains centralized files containing media releases and property information.Builds and maintains Corporate contacts for direct marketing efforts.Delivers final art designs to the Marketing Manager for approval.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
