A. Requirements1. Graduate of Marketing Degree or any related field. If not, he/she must exhibit exemplary marketing and sales skills.2. Possess effective communication skills both written and verbal3. Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills4. Has thorough understanding of social media and web analytics5. Able to do market research using acceptable research techniques, statistical and data analysisB. Job description1. Oversee the operations of the Sales and Marketing Department. Reports directly to the Medical Director.2. Recruit and organize a reasonable number of marketing and sales associates to attain required production3. Formulates marketing strategies to support attainment of marketing goals and objectives4. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for product or services on all media platforms5. Liaise with members of the ALC Group of Companies to promote company marketing activities in order to enhance company presence6. Make sure that all company marketing and sales ventures are completed and evaluate its success using various metrics7. Prepare content for publication of all marketing and sales materials and oversee distribution8. Conduct marketing research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth9. Provide Management with timely and valid marketing and sales reports so that company can come up with realistic, attainable plans10. Help in pricing of product and services with the help of Finance11. Collaborate with Management in preparation of Department budget and monitoring expenses12. Attend and represent the company in Marketing Committee Meetings of the ALC Group of Companies13. Perform other related functions that maybe assigned from time to timeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php32,000.00 per monthBenefits:
