Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Website Management. Oversee and update the website(s).Coordinate with the Marketing assistant for the logistics and execution. Coordinate with the IT and Website Developer for update and improvement of website.2. Lead Generations and Strategy. Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences. Managing and developing marketing campaigns. Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns. Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups. Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies. Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends.3. Marketing Collaterals. Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials. Coordinate with outside agencies, for example designers, to produce marketing material such as stationery and web pages. Coordinate with the Marketing assistant for the logistics and execution. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.4. Social Media and Events Management. Overseeing campaigns on social media. Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels. Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms. Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or fundraising activities. Attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Represent the company at events. Coordinate with the Marketing assistant for the logistics and execution.5. People Management. Monitor and delegate task to marketing assistant. Monitor Avlon Channel Affiliates (ACA) to reach more potential clients and partners.
