About the Team
EDB\xe2\x80\x99s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team spearheads EDB\xe2\x80\x99s efforts in brand management, digital marketing, content/social media marketing and events and partnerships to establish Singapore as a trusted location for international investments.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced MarOps Manager to join the BMC (Brand, Marketing & Communications) team of EDB to support our mission of creating sustainable economic growth with vibrant business and good job opportunities for Singapore. The Opportunity
The position reports to the AVP of Digital Marketing. From data cleaning to MarTech stack management to project management, you will drive MarOps infrastructure improvements and is responsible for our marketing data and marketing technology that ensures insightful data back into the organization at scale to support the strategy and execution of EDB\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

Serve as crucial link between marketing and IT, translating marketing vision to technology implementation to deliver on marketing goals.

Change Management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts.

Oversee training of existing digital marketing system and user adoption.

Marketing data management: govern lead list imports, database cleanliness, and organization, and ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce and Eloqua for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.

Relationship management with internal technology stakeholders and key vendors.

Marketing performance measurement: monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations to optimize MQLs, SQLs, channels in collaboration with analytics analyst and iterate continuously.

Lead Management: support marketing goals by enhancing our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.

Assist in the evaluation, procurement, implementation, and integration of new marketing system. Must be able to gather the business requirements to justify a particular piece of marketing software.

[What we are looking for]

To be successful in this role, you will have an agile mindset with a strong desire to lead with purpose:

A degree in marketing or a related discipline

3+ years of experience with Eloqua, Salesforce and great understanding of SFDC reports

Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and other lead management practices

A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution

Understand how systems could interconnect to integrate data between platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, event management system, etc)

Passionate technologist, consensus builder and collaborator

Singaporean or Singaporean PR
