About the Team:

The Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly collaborative analytical thinker able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. You are a key member of the marketing team and an enabler to the sales organization.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will build and execute best in class marketing programs, manage the systems required to generate leads, and assist the marketing department in the achievement of its goals.
This role will have a focus on day-to-day marketing operations functions and growing and maintaining the global marketing database.

Responsibilities:

• End to end support for the execution of marketing campaigns, programs and communications.
• Scheduling on the email communications calendar
• Segment and maintain the marketing database
• Maintain and manage translated assets in the region
• Support regional teams with campaigns reporting and Salesforce requests
• Help develop best practices and documentation
• Leverage Salesforce.com and Marketo for lead campaign & program tracking and analysis
• Act as a business data steward to uphold standards and quality requirements for maintaining the marketing database.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 - 2 years of marketing operations and automation experience
• Background in Marketo and Salesforce
• Good problem solving skills, and the drive to continuously improve existing processes
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Innovative, motivated and a high energy team player
• Familiarity with Webinar platforms including ON24, GoToWebinar, Zoom
• Vidyard, Splash and HTML experience would be desirable
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Independent, motivated, and excited to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
