Job Description


The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns. They will assist in managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing data to drive insights and decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Location: West Duties:
Direct local seasonal GTM process to ensure connectivity between marketing, merchandising, and commercial functions and on time delivery against milestones.

  • Partner closely with other AMA clusters Marketing Operations to lead implementation (and change management) of new GTM process and calendars, and all associated Cluster milestones and deliverables.

Actively surface and resolve issues to ensure success.
  • Alongside Marketing leads, serve as key point person in Cluster for Global Brand, supporting both the digital transformation of GTM and ways of working and the activation of global brand strategy across Cluster.

Lead reporting and meeting status of AMA Cluster marketing, across Brand, Retail, BE & CRM & PR, to ensure better connection across clusters, clarity on common themes and local nuances, and budget tracking
  • Support the cluster marketing teams to manage seasonal programs/projects from briefing, key looks to final production and delivery, ensuring that workflow, processes and best practices are maintained throughout.
  • Manage samples for campaign shooting, rotation logistics and seeding.
  • Manage digital assets required for commercial activities.

  • Ensure the teams know and understand the project vision, manage expectations and team relationships.

Campaign Development & Project Management
Seasonal Campaigns:
  • Gather input from all markets on creative concepts and synthesize feedback to identify themes and help inform final assets & toolkits
  • Support Global Creative & BE lead to clarify actionable input to inform global and cluster campaign briefs

  • Manage all assets & copy for seasonal campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 both global, regional & local

Seasonal activations
  • Manage timelines to ensure programs stay on track and flawlessly executed
  • Deliver regular marketplace performance reporting to Global to drive awareness of market landscape and ensure

local consumer & competitive insights considered (through close partnership with functional partners)
  • Serve as the key point person to distribute project communications to all team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain schedules, outside resource coordination and vendors, system tools and portals.
  • Continually recommend workflow and process improvements, driving continual optimization.
  • Ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
