We're Hiring - Marketing Operations Supervisor, Singapore

Aimin BD Department is looking for a Marketing Operations Supervisor to join our team in Singapore.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the BD Head and be directly involved in brand, advertising, and customer experience projects.

Responsibilities:

Visual & Content Design: Create promotional materials, videos, posters, and photography that align with our brand identity. Advertising & Data: Coordinate with ad partners, manage creatives and data reports, and turn insights into strategy. Website Projects: Support website redesign and ensure a smooth user experience consistent with our VI. Customer Service: Handle online customer inquiries, follow up on feedback, and improve overall user satisfaction.
Requirements:

Diploma or above in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related fields. Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken and written), able to communicate with local and overseas teams. Hands-on skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and data analysis tools such as Excel or Looker Studio. Bonus: experience in photography, video editing, Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads, UI/UX collaboration, Xiaohongshu or TikTok operations. Portfolio required (design works, campaign visuals, or analysis reports). Preferably based in Singapore.
