Job Summary
A product technology company is seeking a program manager for its Online Store team. The individual is responsible for the overall operations of the Online Stores in the region, aligning people, process, and technologies to ensure a frictionless e-commerce experience for its customers.
This individual will work with worldwide and regional teams around the world to plan and execute new product introductions, promotions but also build new capabilities to delight our customers across the Online Store. This individual will also champion continuous improvement efforts to seek efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.
Key Qualifications

• Communication and Influencing skills

• A strong ability to clearly articulate thought processes, debate, and influence without authority. Experience presenting to peers and management is crucial for success
• Relationship Management

• In a matrix organization, possess outstanding stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams of all levels
• Strategic Thinking

• Ability to manage project plans, timelines and risks effectively from end to end, and a natural End-to-End thinker
• Capability to deliver results within extremely tight and high-pressure timelines
• Strong Problem solving skills and attention to details

• Implementation plans containing milestones, dependencies, DRIs, timelines and mitigation plans for execution risk.
• identifying inefficiencies and designing improvements
• Preferred Qualifications

• An understanding of e-commerce and product management is desired

Description
Managing new product introductions, promotions, and being a subject matter representative of the company's online customers in all Online capabilities development.
Your role is to bring the customer point of view to the rest of the cross functional partners, and stitch across multiple teams within the Retail Online eco-system to ensure all operational risks are deeply thought of and documented.
Your responsibilities will include devising and leading opportunities for business process improvement, as well as influencing internal change management.
