The Talent:
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 3 years of B2B Marketing (Partner Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing) which includes activities such as Lead Generation, Planning and Executing of Digital Events, Social or Digital Campaigns and Social Media Marketing.
Proven track record of experience in IT Hardware / Software
Strong project management experience with the independence to value-add prior Marketing experience to drive initiatives

Summary
Manage the integration and execution of Programs and Co-marketing activities for Software to drive sales results in AP-J region (Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Korea, India and Japan.)
Responsibilities
Achieve OEM revenue and units goals for business software products.
ROI reporting to drive improved marketing executions
Effective execution of marketing activity in line with agreed annual marketing plan objectives.
Maintain strong working partnerships with all OEM team members (especially Account Managers), field coverage team and distribution partners.
Contributes to program design whilst owning the execution with partners.
Influences partner channel marketing strategy and execution
Partner facing role with Channel partners, Distributors and Device partners across the region
Manage agencies to achieve maximum value from budgets, ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and positive and constructive working relationships.
Management, monitoring and measurement of channel marketing spend
Manage Program KPIs and ROI
