We are looking for a Skills Program Manager
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Min 1-3 years of experience - ideally from marketing/business development/outreach/partnership or similar background
Forward-thinking, creative, analytical and adept at forming connections between business needs and learning solutions and interventions.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Highly adaptable to different environments and has excellent interpersonal, change management and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and is results oriented.
Highly skilled at engaging, building relationships and promoting a collaborative and co-operative environment with multiple stakeholders within the consortium.
Ability to work in multiple different environments, including different learning venues, industry events and client sites, and regularly interacts with digital systems.
Leads research on industry landscape and market trends, including liaising with various stakeholder within the consortium to understand critical skills requirements, project future skills demand and business objectives;
Diagnoses the learning gaps and needs and identify measurements of success of the consortium
Identifies learning opportunities, reviews existing solutions and interventions, prospects new or designs bespoke learning solutions and interventions, manages the portfolio of learning solutions and interventions based on the consortium needs;
Leverages Skills Frameworks and SkillsFuture resources in creating the portfolio of learning solutions and interventions;
Develops an implementation plan and organises the participation of the enterprises in the value-chain;
Manages and fosters relationships with multiple stakeholders in the consortium to ensure effective and sustainable implementation;
Evaluates the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions and interventions and fine-tunes the long-term implementation plan.
