Reporting to Head of Marketing & Communications and collaborating closely with the broader marketing and commercial team, the incumbent is tasked with implementing marketing programs aligned with the business and marketing & communications objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute marketing programs across formats, have strong organizational skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Programs
Drive end-end execution of marketing programs:
Maintain events and webinar calendar, coordinating closely with the regional commercial teams and head of marketing.
Apply the full breath of events expertise (live/virtual/hybrid) to deliver a great experience - from concept design and planning to delivery and reporting, this includes navigating internal processes and stakeholders and managing external vendors
Collaborate with marketing team to develop event/webinar assets (landing page, social media assets, invitations, exhibition stand, branding, brochures etc)
Liaise with commercial team members and relevant departments to influence and gain their support to deliver on our objectives across events and webinars
Work with suppliers and event organisers to execute events to time and budget
Research and evaluate new and existing events for RightShip commercial and expert team
Develop and maintain KPI dashboard for events and webinars
Digital and Product Marketing Execution
Support execution of digital marketing and product specific campaigns
Coordinate with marketing team members to prepare digital assets, product campaign assets for launch
Assist in execution and co-ordination of digital content launches on various platforms
Ensure timeliness of execution
Metrics Reporting
Performance and KPI tracking:
Work with digital marketing and commercial teams to gather analytics for flagship campaigns. Leverage tools to quantify results and identify areas of improvements
Support with maintaining marketing team quarterly metrics and KPI dashboards
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Communications
3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in using B2B marketing automation tools and software is essential, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot
Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
Skilled at written communications across multiple formats
Good project management skills
Works independently, uses initiative
High level of computer literacy and ability to adapt to new online platforms & technologies
Good time management skills & demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
The ability to work collaboratively with different teams in the organization
