The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

As a Programs Associate, you will be allocated to a specific team such as Shopee Mall & Marketing Solutions,Revenue & Sellers Programs or Commercial Programs. The exact team you will focus on will be determined prior to your joining, based on business needs and your personal strengths.

:

Responsible for the success of Shopee's key commercial programmes Conduct regular price benchmarking and analysis Develop pricing models and tools to support decision-making processes Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure pricing competitiveness Collaborate with cross-functional & category teams to implement and execute pricing policies Track programme performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Internship experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Strong organisational skills with the ability to execute tasks independently Proven track record in programme management and effective cross-functional collaboration, with excellent stakeholder management capabilities Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and sound judgement Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in working with numbers and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Familiarity with Data Studio and SQL is a plus, though not a requirement
