- Always improving your approach by using data-driven solutions to track your results
- Meeting - and exceeding! - your weekly quota to help hit your own growth objectives
- You make a good first impression and be initial point of contact with prospects
- You generate interest, respond, engage, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- You can hold engaging conversations through face to face meetings, outbounds calls, email, and social mediums
- You are able to react to and overcome objections and competitive questions
- You'll seek to understand and develop empathy for the day-to-day challenges that local communities and businesses face
