As part of the APJ marketing team, you will partner with global & regional teams, to manage the tools focusing on customer journeys, campaign & digital channel performance. This role is an individual contributor position and is highly visible. The successful candidate will have a broad background in project management, high level of organization presentation and influencing skills.To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable working in a highly matrix environment in a global organization, collaborating with large teams across the APJ region & aligning with our global team in North America.High Level Role ResponsibilitiesProject manage, budgets, projects schedules, scope and project plans.Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents and generate report outs.Coordination and uploading of documentation onto shared spaces.Lead monthly & quarterly performance reviewsLead yearly sales meeting coordination and deliverablesEvent planning management across APJDelivering and maintaining training deployment toolsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent communication skills and strong collaboration skillsStrong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, digital marketing or project managementAbility to synthesise technical insights into clear executive summaries of actionable insights and recommendations to executives.Demonstrated initiative and tenacity to begin a project and complete it.Demonstrated self-starter.Demonstrated ability to succeed in ambiguous situations.Project planning and executionBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree business management or project managementOccasional travel within the region, 10-15%
