Our demand generation team is seeking a highly creative, well-organized, and energetic field marketing professional to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and channel marketing programs leveraging an integrated outcome-driven marketing approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns and activities to generate pipeline for the field sales
  • Develop and execute a channel marketing plan that drives performance and meets sales goals, ensuring a variation of marketing tactics across APAC
  • Grow new leads by organizing, executing go-to-market plans with APAC channels partners
  • Keep partners up to date with the latest marketing material, campaigns, and promotions
  • Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market-related activities
  • Collaborate across departments (sales, channel, marketing, technical) for marketing campaign development and execution
  • Measure success of field and channel marketing campaigns in terms of revenue contribution
  • Monitor field and channel marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Readiness for new BlackBerry Cybersecurity offerings, services, and program updates
Requirements:
  • Relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, particularly with channel and sales teams
  • Campaign management experience with creative, proactive, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with flexibility and adaptability in various situations
  • Business fluent in both Chinese and English (written and verbal); Mandarin is an advantage
Experience:
  • Completion of a Business, Marketing, Digital or other relevant bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in field and/or channel marketing, primarily in the security software industry focused on lead generation
  • Digital marketing program experience
  • Experience working with the channels (partners & distributors)
  • Prior experience with marketing automation (Pardot) is beneficial, but not a must
