We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Campaign Manager) to join our team. Today.

The Marketing Specialist (Campaign Manager) will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to promote the ServiceSource solutions and brand. This includes assisting with campaign development (email, social, Adwords and paid ad campaigns), analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and developing our lead generation programs inclusive of virtual and in-person events. This is a junior level role that will work under supervision and guidance to produce high-quality work.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, digital campaigns, and events to help support demand generation efforts
  • Support the development and creation of marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Organize quarterly webinars for thought leadership/demand generation
  • Own and execute event marketing plans both virtual and in-person
  • Write, proofread, and edit campaign/outreach content across different mediums
  • Develop effective campaign ideas to meet Targets
  • Assist the social media team by contributing posts and reporting results across channels
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and website/digital metrics on a monthly basis
  • Attend training and courses to further knowledge

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting multiple projects and priorities with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Understand deliverable prioritization and self-project management
  • Ability to work with Google Sheets and Google Productivity Tools
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Pardot/Marketing Automation

Virtual First and Remote Work
ServiceSource is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but a space at home to work is required.
While you have the ability to work from your home, we do require that you are in a commutable distance of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company.
(Uninterrupted home-based internet is required in your home to attend and host video calls, a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is important.)
