Crafting and implementing communications for email and mobile push notifications for customer retention and conversion.
Devise, test & learn opportunities followed by post-mortems.
Working with marketing channel owners to execute planned strategies and iterate, being the champion for the customer voice.
Quality checking all campaigns to meet standards, and working with the merchandizing teams to correct any errors.
Analyzing campaign performance metrics, reporting on results and recommending areas for improvement.
Continuously seeking opportunities to bring in the customer perspective and insights to drive changes in Outbound-communications and how other stakeholders perform to improve and makes recommendations to the business.
Job Requirement
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related fields
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in online retail and/or consumer facing marketing with a proven history of delivering results.
Proficiency with Excel and ability to handle large amounts of data and manual analysis with an innate attention to detail.
Previous experience in SG online retail, E-commerce is a plus
Technical knowledge of tools like Sonar, Bullseye, Symphony, HTML, SQL
