We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive, specializing in sourcing and executing roadshows and pop-ups across the island, and identifying new business development opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and secure strategic locations for roadshows, with a focus on high-traffic shopping malls and family-oriented venues.
Initiate and maintain partnerships with mall management and event space providers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align roadshow activities with campaign objectives.
Negotiate and manage contracts, permits, and logistical arrangements for events.
Propose and pitch new business development ideas to expand event presence and lead generation opportunities.
Support event setup, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation to ensure high engagement and conversion.
Maintain a database of mall contacts and potential event partnerships for ongoing outreach.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in events, mall roadshows, Indoor Playground Pop-ups or Partnership Relations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking with stakeholders and vendors.Highly motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.
Able to work on weekends when required for event support.
* Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
