Lennor Group is actively searching for a highly driven Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid)Working Hours: Day Shift (Flexible)Salary: NegotiableWhat to expect from the role:

• Brainstorm and develop ideas with the team for creative marketing campaigns (IMC, Digital, Social media, Guerilla, PR Campaigns)
• Help to plan Content marketing
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned to the team
• Able to manage multiple brands as necessary
• Ability to understand and create marketing data and generate reports
• Liason both Marketing and E-Commerce platforms of the brands
• Generate Ad-Hoc Content if Necessary

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related
• With at least 6 months of related experience
• Must have a cutting-edge interest in social media (Facebook and Google Analytics)
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
• Preferably has its own laptop
• Open for fresh grads
