Job Description

The Junior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving results-oriented high performance in client engagements in the events, sales and marketing industry.Ideation and Creatives

• Thinks and formulates end-to-end strategies based on directives received from clients for each project

Training/Learning & Development

• Conducts training programs as needed

Evaluation and Monitoring of Project Executions

• Conducts field visits to check on various executions' effectiveness and adherence to formulated strategies
• Creates status reports on execution milestones
• Discusses the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
• Maintains and keeps documentation of project executions
• Helps the Project Manager assess the effectiveness of project executions and provides recommendations on specific areas of improvement

Operations Management

• Oversees the day-to-day execution of nationwide projects
• Assists the Project Manager in coordinating with partner agencies and other secondary clients on process improvement initiatives for executions
• Manages scheduling, deployment, status updates, and overall logistics for project executions
• Ensures that all teams consistently conduct quality executions

Client Management

• Assists the Project Manager in participating in various meetings with clients and agency partners
• Assists the Project Manager in liaising with clients, agency leaders, and agency business development managers on project concerns
• Assists the Project Manager in creating and submitting necessary reports to clients
• Assists the Project Manager in engaging into regular client fieldwork to check on daily operations

Business Development

• Initiates acquisition of new clients or new projects for existing clients
• Follows-up status update of new clients or new projects for existing clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course (fresh grads are welcome to apply!)
• Experience in marketing is preferred
• Can handle working under pressure
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
• Can start ASAP (June 6, 2022)

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic pay: PHP18-20k
• Monthly communication allowance

• 8 hour shift
