Well known Japanese retail company who has several outlets in SG is looking for a marketing Strategy & Operation.Marketing StrategiesDevelop and implement innovative marketing strategies to effectively promote our products and services across franchise stores.Craft and execute weekly and monthly sales strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of our franchisees.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the industry.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platforms.Collaborate closely with franchisees\' teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.Operations SupportProvide comprehensive operational support for franchise stores, including overseeing product delivery, managing order processing, and handling invoice processing.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and ensure efficient store operations.Support franchisees with accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist in smooth delivery operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Business Development SupportProvide support for business development initiatives in neighboring countries, including market research, partner identification, and relationship management.Assist in the planning and execution of expansion strategies to drive business growth and market presence.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the retail industry.Proficiency in the Japanese language to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.Willingness to work in a dynamic environment where one can take on various tasks flexibly and create from scratch.Benefits and PerksSalary\xef\xbc\x9aS$ 4,000~5,000/month \xe2\x80\xbbAWS + VB will be provided.Comprehensive insurance package (Hospitalization & Surgical, Outpatient with panel doctor), $300 claimable for all health-related expenses like dental care and gym fees per person annually.Generous leave entitlements: 14 days of annual leave (increasing to 15 days after 1 year) and 14 days of medical leave*Due to the high volume of applicants, we regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
