Job Description

A Nasdaq-listed education and management service company, with more than 25 years of presence in providing basic educational and international programs in China, has set up her International headquarters in Singapore to expand her presence globally. The company is looking for a Marketing Lead to join her Singapore team.

The Marketing Lead will report directly to the Singapore Managing Director and business units’ CEO, and will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth. As the pioneer member in the Marketing function, the Marketing Lead is expected to lead the development of innovative marketing concepts, manage all marketing activities (that can be tracked and measured), and be responsible for directing the company’s communication plans, generating data-driven commercial insights and monitoring budgets.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong digital and social media marketing skill sets, strong business acumen, excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

The Role:
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
• Drive user acquisition with differentiated and impactful marketing strategies with a focus on online, performance marketing channels
• Strong hands-on experience with in-house strategising and execution of paid media such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising as necessary
• Full ownership of the sales funnel, improve and adjust strategy based on the needs of each center
• Experience in analytics and experiments on driving growth and solving issues
• Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties/agencies for as necessary, providing concrete strategic direction
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures

The successful applicant:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
• Minimum 5-8 years with relevant marketing experience, preferably at least 1 year in growth marketing. Plus if you have experience in the local market
• Experience in paid and organic marketing strategy through digital touchpoints like social media, SEM, and SEO
• Result-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills on how to collaborate across teams to achieve business results
• Cross-functional, project management and leadership skills, able to communicate effectively to C-Suite personnel
• Problem solver with a growth mindset
• Strong knowledge of local market trends
• Good communication skills, with excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns
