Roles & Responsibilities: _Reports directly to the Client Relations Director; _Support the Contracts team in coordinating incoming proposal requests (RFPs) and coordinate company bids to include all necessary information within the proposals; _Good knowledge in graphics design and able to operate on graphic design & presentation softwares; _Strong command in English, both verbally and writen is a must; _Background in the construction & interior fit-out industry will be a plus; _Able to work independently and multi-task to deliver works within the given timeline; _Collaborative and a good team player, with good working attitude and be proactive; _Able to stay cool and focused under pressure; _Organised and an eye for details produce quality presentations / submissions
