DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and lead employees in the Marketing Department
Craft and supervisor the implementation of advertising and media plans, PR Plans, events plans and merchandising plans
Optimize marketing budget to maximize sales and minimize cost
Regularly monitor sales vis-a-vis expenses and adjust strategies and plans accordingly
Develop and conduct project briefing
Supervise the development of marketing collaterals
Monitor and enforce the consistent and correct usage of brand identity assets
Liase with advertising agencies media agencies and providers
Initiate new or special projects that augment department and corporate efforts
Recommend and implement process improvements to improve timeliness, quality and cost efficiency
