MAKE UP FOR EVER as part of LVMH, offers a Career perspective with a worldwide presence and continuous growth within 75 distinguished Houses.YOUR MISSION Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible to work as a part of the marketing team to support the team in developing the business in the TR APAC region.\xc2\xb7 Work as part of marketing team to serve as liaison between marketing, commercial, digital and visual merchandising\xc2\xb7 Assist in coordination of all marketing initiatives\xc2\xb7 Request, review and consolidate information for reporting such as promotion calendar, promotion photos & results, in-store activities and any other adhoc reporting\xc2\xb7 Build and update sell-out reports\xc2\xb7 Monitor competition initiatives and assist in analyzing and compilation of reports\xc2\xb7 Manage, organize and track products and lab samples for all launches and manage inventory to cater to all events\xc2\xb7 Assist in coordination and creation of locally produced collaterals, ensuring brand adherence\xc2\xb7 Assist in development and rollout of Travel Retail Exclusive Kits. To monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and assist Product Manager to make recommendations to portfolio to stay competitive and increase market share\xc2\xb7 Assist in coordination of key events such as PR events, Expert seminars, regional meetings and Tax-Free World Exhibition\xc2\xb7 Admin support to help team submit quotations for PO creation and liaise with suppliersQualificationsWHO YOU ARE \xc2\xb7 Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\xc2\xb7 Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.\xc2\xb7 Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.\xc2\xb7 Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.\xc2\xb7 Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.\xc2\xb7 Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.\xc2\xb7 Fluency communication in English and Chinese, due to the Travel Retail business natural\xc2\xb7 Internship date: May to December 2024
