Are you a visual thinker with a love for beautiful branding and a knack for creating content that just feels right ? At The 1872 Clipper Tea Co., we're looking for a

Creative Trainee

to join our marketing team--someone who's as comfortable in Adobe Illustrator as they are on a photoshoot set, someone who sees packaging as storytelling and content as craft.





The role will comprise of:

Design & Visual Storytelling

- Support the creation of visual assets for packaging, in-store collaterals, gift boxes, and more


- Design social media content, campaign visuals, EDM layouts, and paid ads that bring our brand to life


- Prepare artwork and dielines for production, and help with print mockups when needed

Content & Creative Production

- Assist with lifestyle photoshoots and product shoots


- Create simple video content for social, such as Instagram Reels or product teasers


- Support brand storytelling through visuals across platforms--from feed to shelf

Brand Activations & Marketing

- Help out at pop-ups or events with setup, content capture, and light hospitality


- Work with the team on seasonal campaigns and cross-collaborations


- Bring fresh energy and ideas into weekly creative discussions

We'd love for you to have:

a Bachelor in Business (Marketing) A portfolio that showcases strong design fundamentals and an eye for layout, typography, and color Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

(After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus!) Familiarity with content trends on Instagram/TikTok, and how brands tell stories online * Possess a keen eye for detail, creativity and an interest in lifestyle and trends
