Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any course
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be creative and artistic
- Must have excellent comprehension skills
- Must be aware of social media tools
- Is able to work as part of a team
- Must be willing to render overtime work when required
- Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares marketing tools like PR campaigns, advertisements and articles for magazines and/or newsletters.
- Conducts market research for the company.
- Conceptualizes the designs for the marketing campaign.
- Responsible for lay-outing designs for marketing purposes.
- Maintains and updates the company website and social media tools.
- Prepares a quarterly statistic for the applicant seafarers.
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s partnerships with different organizations.
- Sends company memorandums and other announcements to every vessel and business partner via email, fax or mail.
- Coordinates with various hotels for every guest’s stay.
- Ensures the safety of every guest from the time of arrival until departure.
