Role Responsibilities

• Manage the Europe equity market shift and to provide rotational coverage for the New York Shift. Providing cash equity execution support for Private Bank clients.
• Achieve the DACS team budgets.
• Provide precise and best execution of cash equity trades to DAC clients.
• Provide professional advice with respect equity-related products and trade ideas to both internal and external clients under the DACS platform.
• Monitor DACS clients\xe2\x80\x99 orders.
• Deal with day-to-day administrative tasks in relation to trade input and data requests, etc.
• Perform, holiday and weekend duties (on a rostered basis) to ensure uninterrupted services to both internal and external clients.
• Perform trade execution for Fixed Income.
• Part of the CMPS (Capital Markets Products and Sales) Team, providing pricing and execution of cash equity. equity derivatives (structured products and OTC) and structured products from other asset classes such as interest rates, mutual funds, FX and commodities.
• Work closely with retail and private bank Front Office on pricing and execution of trades and trade ideas. To have consistent interaction with the front office.
• Ensuring accurate and proper execution of orders in fast-paced environment.
• Perform pricing and trade execution for Structured Products.
• Provide execution of cash equity trades to retail clients.
• Providing support to front office to achieve the financial targets of the wealth management segment.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining good relationship and to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the front, middle and back offices.
• Ad hoc project work.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Manage the Europe equity market shift and to provide rotational coverage for the New York Shift. Providing cash equity execution support for Private Bank clients.
• Degree(s) in relevant subjects such as Business, Economics and Finance related. CFA qualification/part qualification would be an advantage.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in equity, structure products execution and advisory.
• Effective communication and sales skills.
• In-depth knowledge of equity products and market conventions of equity trading, order placement and quotation.
• Well organized, disciplined approach to work with a high level of attention to details.
• Computer literature and competent in spreadsheet presentation.
• Strong work ethic with high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• RNF and CACS holder is required. CMFAS Qualifications required, Paper 1A, 5, 6, 6A, 8, 8A as well as CACS and FMRP preferred.
• Derivatives and Structured Product Experience (particularly equity related pricing, execution, marketing and sales) is a plus.
• Basic analytical and technical skills that can be practically applied to day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge in Excel.
