Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Marsh Claims Solutions Sales Executive

We will count on you to:

• Represent Marsh Claims Solutions in calls with Client Executives (CEs) and on strategy sessions to deliver standard pitch and refer to experts if qualified opportunities are uncovered.
• Proactively liaise with CEs throughout Asia with clear targeted plans, including utilising renewal lists for each country.
• Actively liaise with colleagues in Marsh Advisory to ensure more cross-selling opportunities are considered both in and out of Claims Solutions.
• Assist with identifying and following up on all opportunities and proposals.
• Follow up on all claims system notifications to obtain more details of losses.
• Maintain data on new Marsh sales platform to track activity.
• Proactively maintain relationships with former clients to ensure expanded revenues are targeted and refer to experts if opportunities are uncovered.
• Help Sales Leader to liaise with India Knowledge Services to develop more efficient processes in the sales arena.
• Provide support to Sales Leader on adhoc matters that may arise.

What you need to have:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledgeable about insurance in general
• Passionate about sales
• Excellent people management, time management, verbal and written communication skills

Location:

• Ideally Singapore but will consider other locations within Asia.
